Ramsay-Peaty, now married to model Holly Ramsay-Peaty and expecting their first child in early December, has also relocated to London. These personal milestones, coupled with the experience of Paris 2024 where he secured Olympic silver despite battling COVID-19 and acknowledging potential complacency, have reshaped his approach to elite sport. He stated, "I don't see success as medals any more. That's not defeatist, it's probably the opposite." Instead, his focus is firmly on the process, aiming to leave Glasgow knowing he has done "absolutely everything I possibly could to finish as high as I can."
