He expressed a desire to be treated by the show's doctors, including Frank Langdon, Cassie McKay, and Dr Robbie, despite acknowledging they are actors.
For his primary care needs, Chiles would choose Dr Martin Ellingham from 'Doc Martin', despite the geographical challenge of the Cornish coast being 3,600 miles away. He described Dr Ellingham as skilled, impatient, abrupt, direct, and unpardonably rude, which he prefers over a kindly, understanding family doctor.
