New research from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) indicates a substantial increase in AI adoption within the construction and commercial property sectors over the last year. The RICS AI in Commercial Property and Construction Report 2026, which surveyed more than 3,100 global industry professionals, found that around two-thirds of construction professionals currently utilise AI in some form.
