AI startup Wonderful has completed a Series C funding round, raising $550 million. This investment has pushed the company's valuation to $5 billion, which is more than double its $2 billion valuation from less than six months prior.
Insight Partners led the latest funding round. Existing investors, including Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards, and Bessemer Venture Partners, also participated. Salesforce has invested in Wonderful for the first time in this round.
Founded in early 2025, Wonderful initially focused on customer service AI agents for non-English-speaking markets. The company now offers a platform called "Wonderful AI OS," designed to coordinate agents, workflows, and AI applications with company data and existing integrations. Wonderful states this platform is compatible with any AI model and existing tech stacks.
The $550 million raised will be used to accelerate product development, expand its forward-deployed engineering teams, and address the demand for its products. Roey Lalazar, CTO and co-founder, stated that customers can adopt specific parts of the platform, integrate them with existing systems, choose models for workloads, and retain ownership of what they build.
