The annual 2026 People Awards from allAgents have crowned the top-performing estate and letting agency professionals across the UK, with winners selected through genuine customer feedback. The awards are based on verified reviews submitted between May 1st 2025 and April 30th 2026, providing a comprehensive picture of which agents have made the most positive impact on their clients.
According to allAgents spokesperson Joanna Irvine, these accolades genuinely reflect customer sentiment towards property professionals. "The awards are not about who is best at self-promotion or has the flashiest marketing campaign," she said. "They're about those who have consistently delivered excellent service and made a genuine difference in their clients' lives."
National winners include Kelly Kennedy of Martin & Co, named Best Overall Female Agent (UK), and Haden Donovan from Springbok, awarded Best Overall Male Agent (UK). Regional recognition saw Carol Flynn of Emsleys Estate Agents take the title of Best Estate Agent in Leeds, while Bobby Sharma from Ritz Properties secured Best Lettings Agent in the same city. In Glasgow, Shona McCulloch of Pacitti Jones was recognised as Best Estate Agent, and Javaid Haq from Martin & Co won Best Lettings Agent. London saw Tendai Gasa of Aston Fox win Best Estate Agent, with Stephen Sanders of Sanders Property named Best Lettings Agent.
These awards highlight the significance of transparent customer feedback in the property sector, where online review platforms like allAgents play a crucial role in sharing consumer experiences and driving service standards. For agents, building a strong online reputation through verified reviews can be a key differentiator in an increasingly competitive market.
The full list of winners is available on the allAgents website, providing a comprehensive overview of those who have excelled in customer satisfaction over the past year. This initiative not only celebrates individual success but also contributes to a broader culture of accountability and excellence within the UK's property landscape.
