Fulham head coach Alvaro Arbeloa has stated he is not allowing speculation about his job to distract him from preparing for Saturday's crucial game against Hull. Arbeloa's position has come under scrutiny as Fulham sits at the bottom of the Premier League table, having collected just two points from six matches.
The Spaniard, who took charge at Craven Cottage in the summer, emphasised his focus remains solely on the upcoming fixture against newly promoted Hull, a game he previously labelled a "final." He stated, "I am focused on tomorrow’s game, on my players, on my team. That for me is the most important thing."
Despite reports suggesting he could be sacked if Fulham fails to beat Hull, Arbeloa maintained it has been a normal week of hard work and preparation for a challenging match. He also highlighted the commitment he has seen from his players in training, noting their focus on the upcoming game.
