Arsenal were held to a 2-2 draw by Paris FC in the Women's Champions League after a late penalty decision went against them. The Gunners had established a two-goal lead through Alessia Russo and Georgia Stanway, who scored either side of half-time.

Clara Mateo pulled one back for Paris FC with 18 minutes remaining. The decisive moment came when England captain Leah Williamson was penalised for handball inside the area, reportedly believing the game had not restarted after a goal kick from Misa Rodriguez. Maeline Mendy converted the resulting spot-kick to level the score.

The draw means Arsenal, under boss Renee Slegers, let two points slip in the competition. Slegers had faced recent criticism following a 1-0 loss to rivals Chelsea on Sunday.
