Aston Villa Make Two Changes for Arsenal Clash, Two Debutants Start

Aston Villa have made two changes to their starting lineup for tonight's Premier League match against Arsenal, introducing two debutants. Arsenal, the reigning champions, remain unchanged after their recent win.

  • Aston Villa introduce debutants Zion Suzuki and Nicolas Jackson into their starting XI.
  • Arsenal's lineup is unchanged from their 3-0 victory over Coventry City.
  • The match at Villa Park kicks off at 8pm BST.

Aston Villa are set to feature two debutants, goalkeeper Zion Suzuki and striker Nicolas Jackson, in their starting lineup for tonight's Premier League encounter against Arsenal. These changes come after their previous match saw them four goals down after 31 minutes against Brighton.

Marco Bizot moves to the bench, and João Gomes is suspended following a red card in the last game. Villa also have three other potential debutants on the bench: Alejandro Garnacho, Matteo Ruggeri, and Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Reigning champions Arsenal, fresh from a 3-0 win over Coventry City, have named an unchanged side. Bruno Guimarães and Ezri Konsa, who was a Villa player just ten days ago, are both back from injury and on the bench, awaiting their first Premier League appearances for the Gunners.

The match at Villa Park, which concludes Premier League Matchweek Two, kicks off at 8pm BST.
