Child star Hayden Panettiere died from the toxic effects of fentanyl, Xanax, and several other drugs, according to an autopsy by the Greenville County Coroner's Office in South Carolina. The coroner's office stated that her death was an accident and found no signs of trauma.
Panettiere, who was 36, died last month after being found unresponsive at a South Carolina residence. The autopsy also identified methocarbamol, a prescription muscle relaxant, and quetiapine, an antipsychotic medication, in her system.
