Barry Manilow cancelled his Saturday Las Vegas concert after abruptly ending his Friday performance. His representatives confirmed that the cancellations were due to bronchitis.
The 83-year-old singer had returned to the Vegas stage on Thursday, 8 October, following a six-week break from his residency for health reasons. On Friday, he reportedly walked off stage after only two songs, telling the audience to "talk amongst yourselves" before not returning.
Manilow's Vegas residency was initially postponed from February after he announced a lung cancer diagnosis in December last year. He underwent surgery to remove a tumour on his left lung and had previously expressed uncertainty about his voice recovering after treatment.
