Estonia-based Blackwall, a company specialising in web traffic security tools for hosting providers, announced on Tuesday that it has secured $100 million in a Series C funding round. This investment has raised the company's valuation to $2.2 billion.
The funding round was led by AVP, with additional participation from existing investors Dawn Capital, MMC Ventures, and Tera Ventures. According to Blackwall's executive chairman, Roi Carthy, this latest fundraise has quadrupled the company's valuation since its last funding round in 2025.
Blackwall focuses on building products that assist websites in managing the increasing volume of bot traffic, including AI agents. The company plans to utilise the new funding to expand its operations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, as well as to develop further security tooling for hosting, cloud, and managed service providers.
