Iconic American musician Bob Dylan is set to return to the UK for a significant tour later in 2026, captivating fans with a series of arena and theatre dates, culminating in an extensive five-night residency in the capital. The tour marks his first performances in London since his trio of shows at the Royal Albert Hall in 2024, offering a fresh opportunity for British audiences to experience the Nobel laureate live.
The 2026 UK leg of his tour is scheduled to commence in Bournemouth at the BIC Windsor Hall on November 25. Following this, Dylan will play at bp pulse LIVE in Birmingham on November 26 and the Utilita Arena in Sheffield on November 27. The tour then moves north for two nights at Blackpool's historic Opera House on November 30 and December 1, providing a more intimate setting for fans in the North West.
The highlight of the tour for many will undoubtedly be the five consecutive performances at London's Royal Festival Hall. These highly anticipated dates are set for December 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8, offering multiple opportunities for London-based and travelling fans to secure tickets. The Royal Festival Hall, known for its superb acoustics and cultural significance, is an apt venue for an artist of Dylan's stature.
Tickets for all announced dates will become available to the general public from 10am BST next Wednesday, July 22, 2026. For those eager to secure their spots earlier, promoter and venue pre-sales are scheduled to begin at the same time on Monday, July 20, 2026. Fans are advised to check official ticketing outlets for further details on how to access these pre-sales.
This announcement comes as Dylan, now 85, continues his 'Rough And Rowdy Ways' tour, which saw him perform across the UK in late 2025. His touring band has recently seen some changes, with long-serving guitarists Bob Britt and Doug Lancio departing last month. Britt confirmed he was not 'fired', indicating a natural evolution within the touring ensemble. Despite these changes, Dylan's recent US performances have featured rare live renditions of classics such as 'I Shall Be Released' and 'You Ain’t Goin’ Nowhere', hinting at a dynamic and evolving setlist for the upcoming UK shows. His latest official release, 'Bootleg Series Vol. 18: Through The Open Window, 1956-1963', was released in 2025, and reports last summer suggested he has been working on new music.
