Bovensiepen, a new company established by the family behind the original Alpina, has introduced the Spider, a modified BMW Z4. This new model boasts 430bhp and features styling by Frank Stephenson, known for his work on the McLaren P1.
The Spider is powered by BMW’s 3.0-litre turbocharged straight-six engine, with Bovensiepen increasing its output to 430bhp and nearly 430lb ft of torque. This is an increase from the standard BMW Z4 M40i's 355bhp and 369lb ft. The vehicle also includes a revised chassis, bespoke bodywork, and a customisable interior with leather and Alcantara options.
Production of the Bovensiepen Spider will be limited to 99 units. Prices for the vehicle start from €115,500, which is approximately £99,000 at current exchange rates. Customer deliveries are anticipated to commence in 2027.
