Buckinghamshire Building Society has reduced rates across several of its specialist mortgage ranges, focusing on borrowers seeking lower loan-to-value products. This includes repriced limited company buy-to-let and limited company holiday let mortgages, as well as products for expat landlords. Fixed rates for portfolio BTL and expat portfolio BTL borrowers have been cut by 20 basis points, with lower rates now available for customers with higher equity levels.
RAW Capital Partners has expanded its specialist lending range by adding bridging finance. This new offering provides unregulated first-charge loans secured against residential properties in the UK. The loans, which range from £100,000 to £4 million, have terms between three and 18 months and a maximum loan-to-value of 60%. They can be used for property purchases, chain breaks, and bridging to an exit.
Meanwhile, a NatWest two-year fixed buy-to-let mortgage has maintained its Moneyfacts ‘Best Buy’ status. This house purchase product is available at up to 75% LTV with a rate of 4.95%, fixed until 31 October 2028. It includes a £995 product fee and a free valuation.
