Cruise brand Celestyal has announced the introduction of a dedicated kids' club programme on its ships for the first time. This follows a successful trial across its two ships during the summer period.
The full dedicated programme will be available on selected sailings in the Mediterranean, Adriatic, and Greek islands during school holiday periods. It will be offered aboard Celestyal Journey and Celestyal Discovery for children aged three to 16.
Young passengers will be divided into four groups: Little Sailors (three to five), Junior Explorers (six to nine), Young Voyagers (10 and 12), and teenagers (13 to 16). Activities will include colouring, painting, Lego, puzzles, board games, arts and crafts, treasure hunts, sports, dance classes, karaoke, and mini discos.
The Kids' Zone on Deck 12 of Celestyal Journey and the Kids' Club on Deck 10 of Celestyal Discovery will host the programme, with some activities taking place in other venues. Parents and guardians are not required to stay with children aged five and above during scheduled sessions, though children aged three and four must be accompanied.
