A charity boxing event, organised by property professionals, has raised a staggering £15,000 for North London Hospice. The event, hosted by Paul Shamplina and his team, took place on 11 June in London and featured a full fight card, alongside a three-course dinner, raffle, auction, and other fundraising activities.
The event was sponsored by mydeposits and was a sold-out success, with property professionals from across the industry coming together to support a great cause. Since its inception in 2015, Rumble with the Agents has raised over £200,000 for charities supporting homelessness, mental health, community initiatives, and end-of-life care.
Paul Shamplina, founder of Rumble with the Agents and Landlord Action, was thrilled with the event's success, saying: 'Every year I am blown away by the generosity of the property industry. What started as a way of combining my passion for boxing with raising money for good causes has become a fantastic industry event that continues to make a real difference.'
Pippa Baker, head of fundraising at North London Hospice, added: 'We are so very grateful to Paul and Rita Shamplina for inviting us to be a part of the extraordinary Rumble with the Agents fundraising evening and for the hugely impressive £15,000 that was raised to help our patients.'
