Former England paceman Chris Jordan has no immediate plans to retire from playing cricket, despite approaching his 38th birthday in October. Jordan believes his pace is currently higher than ever, complementing his varied bowling techniques.
While focused on his playing career, Jordan is open to a future in coaching. He has already shared his experience with younger teammates, including Thomas Rew, Caleb Falconer, and Manny Lumsden, during his captaincy of Southern Brave in The Hundred and as a consultant for England Under-19s trips.
Jordan, who has made 138 England appearances and was part of the 2022 T20 World Cup-winning team, reflected on his international career with gratitude, stating he has no regrets. His Southern Brave side were eliminated from The Hundred on Saturday.
