Converted Industrial Properties on Sale Across UK

Several converted industrial properties, including former mills, a foundry, and a fire station, are currently listed for sale across the UK.

A selection of converted industrial properties across the UK are currently on the market. These include The Old Mill, a Grade II-listed former paper mill in Linztford, County Durham, priced at £700,000.

In Cornwall, The Stack, a five-storey, Grade II-listed former engine house from the 1800s, is available for £895,000. Lakeland Cottage in Spark Bridge, The Lake District, a converted 1850s bobbin mill, is listed at £1.995 million.

Other properties include a mid-17th-century mill in Rhydlewis, Ceredigion, for £350,000, and The Old Foundry in Panxworth, Norfolk, a former iron foundry and smithy, for £550,000.

A penthouse apartment in a converted Victorian factory on Royal Mint Street, London E1, is priced at £2.25 million. The Old Fire Station in Worcester offers a top-floor apartment for £260,000, while The Wheelhouse in Canterbury, Kent, an 18th-century former industrial building, is on sale for £900,000.
