Conveyancing firm The Partnership is opening a new office in Tunbridge Wells on 5 October 2026. This expansion aims to increase the firm's presence across Kent and the wider South East region.
The new office will provide a local base for The Partnership to collaborate with estate agents, mortgage brokers, and clients on property transactions and sales progression. This move follows the recent launch of the firm's online portals for clients and property professionals.
Managing director Peter Ambrose stated that Tunbridge Wells has been an area the firm wanted to establish itself in for some time, citing its property market and local professionals. Sales director Matt Fenn added that the new office will allow for more time with agents and brokers, supporting them and building relationships within the local community.
