Crystal Palace have announced the signing of Israel international Anan Khalaili on a deal running until 2031. The 21-year-old, who can play as a full-back or winger, reportedly joins for a fee of £21m from Union Saint-Gilloise.

Khalaili arrives having helped Union Saint-Gilloise secure their first Belgian Pro League title in 90 years and a Belgian Cup since joining in 2024. He is expected to bring European experience to Palace's Europa League campaign, having scored three of his six goals last season in the Champions League.

Khalaili stated, "I have followed the Premier League for a long time, it's a new challenge for me," adding, "And Crystal Palace I like, because I have followed them for a long time. They have deserved to win three trophies and I want to do more."

He becomes the fifth addition to Pierre Sage's squad. Other new signings include defenders Takehiro Tomiyasu and Oscar Mingueza on free transfers, Dwight McNeil in exchange for Brennan Johnson, and Evann Guessand on a season-long loan from Aston Villa.
