Deloitte has announced a rise in global revenue for its latest financial year, reaching $74.5bn (£56.37bn) for the 12 months ending May. This marks an increase from $70.5bn reported in the previous year.
Despite the overall revenue growth, the firm's technology and transformation division experienced a slowdown in growth. This comes as the broader consultancy sector faces pressure from artificial intelligence.
The global tax and legal practice recorded the highest growth, with nearly six per cent revenue increase, followed by audit and assurance at five per cent. Deloitte's workforce expanded to nearly 500,000 globally, reflecting hires made to meet client demand.
The financial year also saw the launch of Deloitte EMEA on 1 June 2026, consolidating 16 firms across more than 80 countries, with a reported overall revenue of €20bn (£17.4bn).
