Dourish & Day has expanded its presence in Whitchurch through the acquisition of local rival Leo James Property. The deal includes Leo James founder Sarah Mellor and her team joining Dourish & Day.

Ms Mellor confirmed the sale on social media, stating her decision to step away from ownership but remain in estate agency. She cited family commitments as a factor in her decision, noting it would allow her more time with her son.
