Heavyweight boxing continues to captivate fans, with Daniel Dubois making a significant statement by defeating Fabio Wardley. This marks Wardley's second consecutive loss, having previously been undefeated in 2026.
The division is now looking towards a major showdown as Tyson Fury is set to face Anthony Joshua, concluding 2026 with a highly anticipated bout between the two British fighters. This fight is expected to pave the way for an exciting 2027, which could feature unification bouts and the involvement of new champions like Agit Kabayel and Filip Hrgovic.
Filip Hrgovic has seen a rapid ascent in the rankings after his unexpected victory against Moses Itauma, securing the IBF world title. Meanwhile, Moses Itauma will be looking to regroup after his first career defeat in August.
