Property group Dwelly has completed its ninth acquisition of 2026 with the purchase of Kensington-based lettings agency Shaws. This deal adds approximately 250 fully managed properties to Dwelly’s network, increasing its nationwide portfolio under management to more than 14,000 properties.
Shaws, established in 1994, offers sales and lettings services across areas including Kensington, West Kensington, Barons Court, Hammersmith and Fulham. Shaws managing director Dan Glewis will remain with the business following the acquisition.
Dwelly stated its intention to retain the agency’s existing local expertise and team, while also integrating its own technology and operational processes. The group indicated that the acquisition reflects its confidence in London’s rental market, citing strong demand for high-quality homes in the capital.
