Estate agents are set to gather in London on 3 November for this year’s EA Masters, an event that includes the Best Estate Agency Guide Awards 2026/27. Organisers have reported that over 60% of available places have already been sold for the event at Evolution London.
The awards are based on an assessment of every estate agency brand across the UK, comparing their performance against local competitors. This analysis, carried out by Twenty Convey, uses UK property transaction data licensed from the Land Registry and covers 99.6% of UK sales and lettings listings.
The assessment considers factors such as property sales and lettings, transaction times, fall-throughs, achieved prices, and service. Approximately 10% of the estate agents assessed will receive an award, with 5% achieving an 'exceptional' grading with Gold status and a further 5% ranking as 'excellent'.
While the winners have already been determined, the results will not be revealed until after the event. The Best Conveyancer Awards will also be announced during the evening ceremony. The Best Estate Agency Guide results will be published on 4 November.
