Three property professionals from Oakfield Estate Agents in East Sussex are preparing to compete in the Brighton Triathlon on Sunday, September 6. Sales director Darren Middleton, lettings managing director Emma Hawkins, and Eastbourne sales manager Josh Thompson will undertake the swimming, cycling, and running challenge.
The team is raising money for the Children with Cancer Fund, a local charity based in Polegate. This East Sussex charity offers practical, emotional, and financial support to children undergoing cancer treatment and their families, including grants, respite breaks, and days out. The charity has been supporting families in the region for over 30 years.
The Oakfield team has been documenting their training on social media as part of their fundraising efforts. Darren Middleton stated that the triathlon is an opportunity to "give something back and support a charity that makes a genuine difference to local families during unimaginably difficult times."
