Eight UK properties with equestrian facilities currently on the market

Eight properties featuring equestrian facilities are currently listed for sale across the UK. These include Pennington House in Lymington, Hampshire, a Grade II-listed house from 1735 with a stable courtyard, priced at £8.25 million.

Alderton Hall in Montford Bridge, Shropshire, another Grade II-listed country house, offers a stable yard with an all-weather manège and paddocks for £2.5 million. Ladyswood House in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, an Edwardian country house built in 1905, includes extensive equestrian facilities such as stables and an indoor sand school, listed at £9.5 million.

Other available properties include Hoddern Farmhouse in East Sussex, a Grade II-listed property with 28 stable boxes and a sand school, priced at £2.45 million. The Sanctuary in Shobrooke, Devon, a country house with an indoor sand school, is on the market for £5.75 million. Warenton Farm in Belford, Northumberland, a farmhouse with stables, is available for £950,000, and Craigluscar Farm in Dunfermline, Fife, a C-listed farmhouse with stables and an indoor riding arena, is listed at £1.25 million+.
