Endeavor Catalyst has announced the closure of its fifth fund, having raised $320 million in capital commitments. This latest fund increases the firm's total assets under management to more than $850 million.
The fund is the venture arm of Endeavor, a New York-based global nonprofit. Linda Rottenberg, co-founder of Endeavor, stated that half of the fund's profits will return to Endeavor to support future founders.
Endeavor Catalyst focuses on founders outside major tech hubs, with approximately 90% of its investments made outside the US. Europe is currently its fastest-growing region, with 12 new investments in the first half of 2026, compared to 14 in all of last year.
The team plans to make 40 to 50 investments annually over the next few years, aiming to invest in up to 150 companies with this new fund. Checks typically range from $1 million to $3 million, not exceeding 10% of a funding round.
