The organisation – which represents solicitor estate agents across Scotland – has highlighted its commitment to providing a distinct advantage for both customers and member firms. In fact, earlier this year, ESPC was recognised as the top choice for buyers and sellers in its core operating regions.
The app itself is packed with features tailored for modern property searchers, including instant alerts, detailed search filters, and the ability to download Home Reports directly to mobile devices. Users can also access floor plans, virtual tours, mortgage calculators, and booking functionalities – all designed to streamline the property search process. And with a free download available on Apple and Android devices, it's accessible to a wide audience of potential homebuyers.
