Estate Agent Tim O’Riordan Dies Aged 61

Tim O’Riordan, co-founder of O’Riordan Bond estate agents, has passed away last week at the age of 61.

Tim O’Riordan, a co-founder of O’Riordan Bond estate agents, passed away last week at the age of 61. He had worked in the property industry for 30 years.

Mr O’Riordan established O’Riordan Bond in 1995 with Simon Bond, opening their first branch in Northampton. The company experienced rapid growth across Northampton, Milton Keynes, and Luton in its initial fifteen years.

Despite being significantly affected by the 2007 financial crash, the company has since rebuilt, doubling in size over the last three years to fifteen offices. It now employs one hundred staff across its sales, lettings, and mortgage businesses.

Simon Bond, Mr O'Riordan's business partner, stated that Mr O'Riordan's charisma and leadership set him apart. Mr O'Riordan retired from O’Riordan Bond in 2022 and moved to Dorset.
