eXp Realty has announced that its international conference, eXpcon, will be held in London next summer. The three-day event is scheduled to take place at the London Hilton on Park Lane from 6 to 8 July 2027, with senior executives and agents from various countries expected to attend.
Confirmed speakers for the conference include eXp founder Glenn Sanford, chief executive Leo Pareja, and eXp International managing director Felix Bravo. Adam Day, eXp UK’s country leader and regional director for EMEIA, is also slated to speak. International speakers from France, Dubai, Australia, South Africa, and the Caribbean and Latin America are also confirmed.
The announcement follows recent expansion for eXp UK, which passed the 1,000-agent milestone in 2026. The company has also introduced its Luxury and Teams offerings as it aims to expand its UK operations. The London conference follows eXp UK’s summer event held in Birmingham earlier this year.
eXp is continuing its international expansion, with plans to enter Switzerland, which would bring its European presence to 11 countries. The conference agenda will cover leadership, technology, business strategy, and developments within the international estate agency market. Early-bird tickets for the event start at £400, with VIP tickets available from £575.
