The Fairmont Tokyo, the brand's first property in Japan, is located in the Blue Front Shibaura development in Minato City. Situated between the 36th and 42nd floors of the south tower, the hotel offers views of Tokyo Bay, the city skyline, Tokyo Tower, and Mount Fuji.

The hotel has a pet policy allowing animals weighing up to 15kg for an additional fee. A "PAW-tastic" package is available, which includes private in-room check-in, curated dog amenities, and a three-course gourmet canine dinner. Guests also receive a luxury dog bed, stitched with their pet's name and face, as a keepsake.

The Fairmont Tokyo features 217 rooms, including 29 suites across 10 categories. Dining options include five restaurants, offering traditional teppanyaki, wood-fired pizzas, French-Japanese fusion, and Western-influenced gourmet fare. There are also two bars, including a secret "listening" bar with a DJ and a vinyl library.

Facilities at the hotel include a 24-hour gym and a 35th-floor wellness area with a 20-meter indoor infinity pool, sundeck, outdoor relaxation pool, sauna, and mist rooms.
