Two long-serving directors, Brendan Wynne and Fraser Allen, have acquired the South West London estate agency Featherstone Leigh. The agency plans to consolidate its high street branches into a single flagship hub in Richmond.

  • Brendan Wynne and Fraser Allen, who joined Featherstone Leigh in 2006, have acquired the estate agency.
  • Featherstone Leigh plans to consolidate its multiple high street locations into one flagship hub in Richmond.
  • The agency stated the move reflects changes in how consumers buy, sell, and rent property.

Featherstone Leigh, an independent estate agency operating in South West London, has been acquired by its long-serving directors, Brendan Wynne and Fraser Allen. The pair joined the firm in 2006, just one week apart, and later became directors.

The change of ownership coincides with a restructuring of the agency's physical presence. Featherstone Leigh intends to consolidate its various high street branches into a single flagship hub located in Richmond.

The agency indicated that this move to a central location reflects evolving consumer behaviour in the property market. Wynne and Allen will lead the business under the new ownership structure as the consolidation proceeds.
