The finalists for the inaugural Personal Estate Agency Awards 2026 have been announced. Over 350 nominations were received from across the UK for the awards, which aim to recognise individuals, teams, and brokerage businesses in the personal estate agency sector.
Categories for the awards cover areas such as customer service, community impact, marketing, personal branding, and overall business performance. Chris Webb, founder of The Estate Agent Consultancy and creator of the awards, stated that making it to the finalist stage is a significant achievement due to the strong competition.
An independent judging panel of property industry professionals will now assess the finalists. The winners are set to be revealed at a black-tie awards ceremony at Edgbaston Park Hotel, Birmingham, on Thursday 22nd October 2026. Tickets for the event are reportedly close to selling out.
