Fine & Country has expanded its UK network by agreeing a new licence with estate agency Fetherstons, establishing a presence in Northern Ireland. Fetherstons will now operate as Fine & Country Northern Ireland, focusing on the region's premium residential market.
Mike Fetherston, managing director of Fetherstons, will lead the new operation. Fetherstons, which launched in 2011, currently employs 22 people across three offices and handles residential sales, new homes, lettings, and property management.
This agreement will combine Fetherstons' local operations with Fine & Country’s UK and international network, providing access to national and international marketing channels. The aim is to attract more buyers from outside Northern Ireland for higher-value homes.
Fetherstons has noted interest from buyers returning to or considering relocating to Northern Ireland. The agency plans to build the Fine & Country brand's presence across the region's premium housing market.
