Rock giants Foo Fighters and Queens Of The Stone Age have commenced their 2026 North American stadium tour, dubbed 'Take Cover'. The tour's inaugural show took place on Tuesday, August 4, at Rogers Stadium in Toronto, featuring an opening performance by Mannequin Pussy.

Queens Of The Stone Age, with Josh Homme, played an 11-track set that included hits such as 'In My Head', 'I Sat By The Ocean', 'Go With The Flow', 'No One Knows', and 'A Song For The Dead'. Foo Fighters followed, emerging through red smoke to deliver a career-spanning performance. Their set included 'Caught In The Echo' from their new album 'Your Favorite Toy', an acoustic section on a smaller B-stage, and dedications for 'Aurora' and 'The Teacher'. The band concluded their show with 'Everlong', accompanied by fireworks.

This tour marks Foo Fighters' first Toronto show since 2018, following a recent European run that included two sold-out nights in Liverpool. Queens Of The Stone Age recently completed a European tour supporting System Of A Down.
