A former PE teacher, Bronwen James, 30, from Chippenham, Wiltshire, has been found to have sexually abused three pupils. James previously admitted to nine sexual offences against two teenage girls, one from Bitterne Park School in Southampton and another from Hardenhuish School in Chippenham.

She was also convicted at Winchester Crown Court of three counts of sexual activity with a 16-year-old boy, who was a pupil at Bitterne Park School. During the five-day trial, prosecutors stated James had a "flirty" relationship with the boy, communicating via Snapchat before engaging in sexual activity at her home.

James denied all charges related to the boy, claiming he fabricated the allegations. She has been ordered to surrender her passport and will be monitored with an electronic tag until Monday, when she will be taken to prison ahead of her sentencing.
