Charles Lloyd, former head of Savills Mayfair, has been appointed as a founder partner at UK Forbes Global Properties. Mr Lloyd will focus on working with buyers and sellers in Prime Central London and the Home Counties, drawing on nearly 40 years of experience in the prime residential market.
His career includes roles at Beauchamp Estates, Savills, and CBRE. Mr Lloyd spent 14 years at Savills, where he established and led its Mayfair and St James’s operation, and also helped launch the firm’s Marylebone office. He later co-founded CBRE’s Private Office as a senior director.
Separately, The ESTAS has announced the appointment of Amy Bibiris as executive director. Ms Bibiris joins from Smart Compliance, where she was commercial director, and brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry, including estate agency and proptech. Her appointment comes ahead of the 23rd annual ESTAS awards, scheduled for next Friday, 16 October, in London.
