Founding Members Acquire Majority Stake in Ethical Agent Network

Two founding members of the Ethical Agent Network (EAN), Nick Cheshire and Dan Kirby, have acquired a majority stake in the organisation.

Nick Cheshire and Dan Kirby, who operate the Essex estate agency Nest, have acquired a majority stake in the Ethical Agent Network (EAN). The two founding members will now manage the network's daily operations and future growth.

Jerry Lyons, the founder of EAN, will continue as a shareholder and ambassador for the organisation. He will also maintain his role as head of PR and Community Consultancy.

Cheshire and Kirby have been members of EAN since its launch in March 2024. They stated their intention to focus on making the organisation useful for agency owners while upholding its existing principles. They also plan to introduce new aspects to the EAN in the coming months.
