Glastonbury Festival is set to return in 2027 after a year off, and the main ticket sale dates have been announced. Music fans can attempt to purchase coach and ticket packages on Thursday, 1 October, while general admission tickets will be available on Sunday, 4 October.
Prospective attendees must register by 5pm on Friday, 25 September, submitting their details and a passport photo to receive a registration number. This number is essential for anyone hoping to buy a ticket during the online sale.
To secure tickets, a £100 deposit per group member is required. Those opting for coach packages will also need to pay for their travel upfront. Organisers have provided tips for maximising chances, including ensuring a good internet connection and having funds ready.
The sale times are precisely 6pm on 1 October for coach packages and 9am on 4 October for general admission. Glastonbury advises using only one browser tab and a maximum of two devices to avoid issues with the ticketing system.
