The development entails works to dismantle Grenfell Tower to ground level from its initial height of 24 storeys. These works began in September 2025 under permitted development rights.
The decision to approve the application followed a written representations procedure. During this process, the public, statutory consultees, and interested parties were able to submit their representations on the application.
