Estate agency haart has opened a new flagship branch in Nottingham city centre, expanding its sales and lettings operations. The company has relocated its 20-strong team from Upper Parliament Street to larger premises in Lace Market Square.
The Sheriff of Nottingham, Cllr Audrey Dinnall, officially opened the new office on Thursday, 15 October. The two-floor premises provide additional space, with haart planning further recruitment.
This move follows three consecutive years of growth for haart’s Nottingham lettings operation, which now manages more than 450 properties. The lettings team has increased from three to five employees, and a separate three-strong property management team also operates from the branch.
Andy Townsend, area director for haart Lettings, reported increased activity among landlords and property investors. He noted renewed interest from landlords returning to the market and existing investors looking to expand their portfolios.
The new location aims to bring haart closer to Nottingham’s city-centre apartment market, while also continuing to cover surrounding residential areas.
