An independent estate agency, Rowe & Co, founded less than three years ago, is relocating to a new, larger headquarters in Chandler's Ford, Hampshire. The move to premises on Winchester Road comes after the agency outgrew its original office following a period of rapid expansion since its launch in December 2023. The new headquarters is more than three times the size of its current base, providing ample space for its growing operations.
The expansion follows a robust first half of 2026 for Rowe & Co, during which the agency reportedly took on more properties than it did throughout the entirety of the previous year. The business has also observed a notable increase in instructions and average asking prices when compared to the same period in 2025, indicating strong performance in the local property market.
Founder Rob Rowe highlighted the significance of the move, noting that the agency opened its doors during a period of considerable uncertainty in the property market. He described reaching the point of needing a much larger office so quickly as a major milestone for the entire team. Rowe attributed their success to homeowners in Chandler's Ford and surrounding communities, whose support has enabled investment, growth, and future opportunities.
The agency's new office is strategically located directly opposite its original premises, ensuring it remains at the heart of Chandler's Ford. This central position will continue to provide convenience for clients while accommodating an expanding team and future recruitment needs. As part of this growth, Rowe & Co has appointed Luke Blackburn as a branch partner, further strengthening its leadership.
The official opening of the new headquarters is scheduled for 27 June. This will be marked by a community open day, inviting local residents to celebrate the milestone. The event will feature refreshments, family activities, and an opportunity for the community to meet the Rowe & Co team, reinforcing the agency's local connections and commitment.
