Hampshire Trust Bank has finalised £22 million of lending for a diverse property portfolio in Nottingham. This transaction, completed three weeks after offers were issued, involved two 10-year facilities.

The funding is intended to refinance existing borrowing and provide additional capital for a portfolio that includes purpose-built student accommodation, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), and semi-commercial properties.

The bank stated that underwriting and valuation assessments were completed early, with legal instructions issued ahead of schedule. This deal marks a new client relationship for Hampshire Trust Bank and was introduced by Graphene Funding directors Tom Bamber and Jack Poxon.
