London-based Havenswift Hosting has launched TerraSuite, a new software platform designed for estate and letting agencies. The platform, which went live on 6th October, includes a free version that allows for unlimited property listings without time restrictions.
This free version provides agencies with a website featuring property listings for sales, lettings, and short-term rentals. It also includes search functionality, map-based searches, enquiry forms, saved shortlists, and area guides.
According to Havenswift Hosting, the free offering is a fully functioning website, not a trial. Agencies using it can retain ownership of their website and export their complete property list at any time.
Ian Bucklar of Havenswift Hosting stated that offering unlimited listings at no cost addresses a common pricing structure in the sector, where costs are often determined by the number of properties an agency has.
Paid packages for TerraSuite include additional back-office functions such as a viewings diary with online booking, automated applicant matching, and sales progression. The software can be hosted by the agency or managed by Havenswift.
