AIM-listed technology company Pulsar Group and its subsidiary, ResponseSource, are facing winding-up petitions from HMRC. A petition against Pulsar Group was filed with the London High Court on Friday, with a separate petition against ResponseSource filed on Monday, according to court records.
Pulsar Group, which provides SaaS solutions for the marketing, public relations, and journalism sectors, saw its shares trade at 28.00 on Monday afternoon, marking a nearly 10 per cent decrease for the day. Over the past year, the company's shares have fallen by almost 30 per cent.
The group, formerly known as Access Intelligence, reported record revenue of £33m for the six months ending May 31, 2026. This represents a 10 per cent increase from £30.1m in the first half of 2025.
ResponseSource, acquired by Pulsar Group in October 2018, saw its turnover decline from £3.62m to £3.40m for the year ending 30 November 2024, according to its most recent Companies House accounts. During the same period, its average monthly headcount decreased from 20 to 14, and total payroll costs fell from £1.15m to £745,000.
