Southernbrook Lettings, an independent agency with a presence across the South of England, has completed its second acquisition of 2026. The company has acquired Worthing-based lettings agency Homes4All, further solidifying its position in West Sussex. According to reports, the deal marks Southernbrook's continued pursuit of growth through expansion and acquisitions.
The transaction allows Southernbrook Lettings to establish a dedicated base in Worthing and expand its services in the local market. The acquired business will continue to operate under the Southernbrook brand following the acquisition.
