Independent property firms have claimed all four top Grand Prix Gold awards at The ESTAS 2026. The results were announced following a ceremony held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on 16 October.
The awards, which are determined entirely by verified customer reviews, saw smaller, locally-run businesses receive top honours across the estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and mortgage broking categories.
Houseclub Estate Agency in Lancaster won Best Estate Agent Office in the UK, while Drivers & Norris in Islington was named Best Letting Agent Office for Landlords/Tenants. MJP Conveyancing in Norwich secured Best Conveyancer Office in the UK, and Affinity Financial Management from Carmarthen took Best Mortgage Broker Office in the UK.
These outcomes contrast with wider industry trends, where larger agency groups are acquiring independent operators and investing in artificial intelligence tools.
