Inter Milan have secured the signing of England full-back Djed Spence from Tottenham. The 26-year-old has put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the Serie A champions, who are reportedly paying a fee of around 30m euros (£25.6m).
Spence's move marks his second spell in Italy, following a six-month loan at Genoa in 2024. He featured in all eight of England's World Cup games, where Thomas Tuchel's side finished third.
During the 2025-26 campaign, Spence made 44 appearances for Spurs across all competitions. He initially joined Tottenham from Middlesbrough in 2022 for an initial £12.5m and made 85 appearances for the North London club, contributing to their 2024-25 Europa League title win.
Tottenham manager Roberto de Zerbi had expressed a desire in July to convince Spence to remain at the club. Spence is the second England player to join Inter this summer, with John Stones also moving to the San Siro after his Manchester City contract expired.
