NSW arts minister John Graham confirmed at a budget estimates hearing on Monday that allegations had been presented to several Powerhouse executives as part of the misconduct investigation. Despite these developments, Minister Graham expressed confidence that the museum will open to the public as scheduled on 7 November.
NSW government architect Abbie Galvin has been appointed interim chief executive, and former Opera House chief executive Louise Herron will serve as a strategic advisor. Both are set to begin their roles on Tuesday.
